At Surry Power Station; We do have outside RCAs , very minimal work is permitted. Generally these areas are temporary and are for minimally invasive work..digging or movement of material. We do require hand and foot monitoring at each exit from the area as well as return to primary RCA for PCM and Portal use. Hope this helps, Erik
