Subject:        Powernet: Drinking Water in RCA
Sent by:        [email protected]

Davis-Besse is in a reactor head replacement outage.  We have been requested multiple times to stage water at our personnel hatch to containment so that workers can refresh themselves,  which has been refused (except for emergency purposes).  My question is how many of you provided/allow drinking water in the RCA for routine use.

Thanks
