Subject: Powernet: Landauer OSLN case cracking at pin

Fort Calhoun would like to know if anyone has observed cracking or breakage of
the Landauer OSLN case where the pin connects the TLD clip to the casing? We
recently saw some with damage, and after investigating, found quite a few more,
ranging from mild cracking to broken pieces in the clip area. We replaced them
and sent them to the vendor to take a look at.

Thanks,
Dohn
