Fermi 2 , we used to have inbound portals, but not anymore, no requirement. There a cheaper ways to monitor inbound personnel if one is only looking for nuke med patients. If for workers coming from other sites if one is performing WBC or using a portal counter at TLD/OSL/other initial issue area, that would take care of most of those cases.
