Currently surveys are documented on paper. We have completed testing and training on VSDS and hope to implement this year. Do you train contract personnel to use this software? No, once we implement VSDS we will train our supplementals. Is your radiation survey software required for all surveys performed, or do you allow special circumstances to write them by hand? (Excluding the obvious, computer system down). Once implemented, we will used the electronic survey program but can use hand written surveys if needed. Are your surveys available for all site personnel to view once the survey is complete? Once VSDS is implemented it will be available for review by the site once the surveys have been approved. Please state any future plans you might have regarding survey software changes or updates.
