D.C. Cook Response:

1. Do you use the dose and/or rate alarm warnings available with the
DMC2000/DMC 3000?

Not usually.

2. If you do, why and what issues have you had?

We did use them during our first dry cask loading campaign in order
to accommodate both the neutron and gamma portions of the dose. Main issue was
making sure those set for warnings were separated from the general population
of EDs.

3. If you don't, why not?

Mostly due to worker confusion and wanting the workers to be checking
their dose on a regular basis.

4. Do you use the rate alarm latching feature?

          No

5. What access control software do you use and what version is it?

Sentinel 1.06, currently converting to 1.11.
