Hello all, D. C. Cook is looking to benchmark other HEPA programs in the nuclear power industry. Below are some specific questions that we're most interested in. Thank you for your response. 1. How do you control your HEPA(PVU) and vacuums? Yes 2. Do you store them in a cage or designated room in your Auxiliary building? Yes 3. Who does the maintenance on the HEPA(PVU) and vacuums? RP and laborers / major maintenance electricians 4. Do you have a computer check out system? Yes 5. How do you control where the HEPA(PVU) and vacuums are moved to after they have been issued? User is briefed to use in the area intended and return when they are done 6. Do you perform your own PAO (leak test) testing? Yes 7. How often do you verify the radiological conditions of the vacuums? In use daily for areas with contamination levels greater than 50K otherwise weekly 8.
