At TVA we used OSL
We use semi-annually, as we just felt that going to 12 months was too long of
period to go without reading. We were processing quarterly before changing to
OSL. We have discussed going to annual wear periods, but are not comfortable
with doing so yet.

Subject: Powernet: Dosimeter Reads

PSEG Nuclear would like to know:

1. What type of dosimeter of legal record (ex. TLD, OSL, etc.) do you use?

2. How often do you change them out to be read? (ex. Quarterly,
semi-annually, annually, etc.)

3. Is there any particular reason for the frequency chosen for dosimeter
reads?

Thank you.
Alysse
