1. OSL (Landauer)
2. Annually.
3. Cost reduction over Quarterly, OSL has sufficient resistance to Fade that the Dosimetry Program Owner was comfortable with annual.

Subject: Powernet: Dosimeter Reads
PSEG Nuclear would like to know:
1. What type of dosimeter of legal record (ex. TLD, OSL, etc.) do you use?
2. How often do you change them out to be read? (ex. Quarterly, semi-annually, annually, etc.)
3. Is there any particular reason for the frequency chosen for dosimeter reads?
Thank you.
