At North Anna it would be RP. One of the RP's that is assigned to be here as
part of the E-plan is assigned dose assessment. We use MIDAS and would
initially use the quick dose function which uses a lot of defaults and
assumptions. Once the actual assigned dose assessment personnel arrive they
would take over in the emergency facility.

Subject: [External] [powernet] Quick emergency plan question

In the event of a fast-breaking release at your site, which department performs
your initial dose assessment, before the emergency offsite facility is staffed
up?

Is it RP, Chemistry, or Operations, etc.?

Thanks!
