If the PWR plants could respond and provide me some feedback on how their organization is structured, it would be of great help in answering questions for my senior management team. 1. How many Units are your plants? 2 Units 2. How many personnel are in your departments? 40 3. Of those personnel, how many are technicians- 27 Specialists -5 Supervisors-4 Superintendents- 2 Mangers 1 4. How do you deal with online decon personnel? Are they employed by the utility, contractors, or do you expect your in house RP Maintenance and Operations personnel to perform the decon function during normal plant operations? We have Nuclear technicians (7) that perform our decon activities. They are classified under maintenance, but report to Radiation Protection.
