North Anna has done it for years with no issues. Once the RCS is open to the 
atmosphere we have never had a subsequent crud burst.

Comanche Peak will be adding peroxide to our cavity to aid in cavity decon.   
Our Operations department has concerns that it could create a CRUD BURST or if 
poured straight into the cavity a clarity issue.  Has anyone ever had an issue 
with either.
