DC Cook has been adding peroxide to our cavities for many years. This has improved our water clarity and eased our Rx Cavity decontamination efforts after drain down. During our past (and current) Baffle Bolt/Up-Flow mod work, we shoot to maintain peroxide concentration around 4 ppm in the cavity. You will not see a crud burst after adding peroxide to the cavity because your RCS is already in an oxygenized state from your S/D peroxide add & subsequent crud burst in addition to having your RCS open to the atmosphere for refueling. Thank you,

Our Operations department has concerns that it could create a CRUD BURST or if poured straight into the cavity a clarity issue. Has anyone ever had an issue with either.
