Almost, I upgraded to kpowersave-0.5.5. I used this [1] repository. > What kernel are you running, is it the stock Ubuntu kernel? No, it's compiled by myself. > Please check, what cpufreq modules are loaded (lsmod | grep cpufreq) cpufreq_ondemand 6364 1 cpufreq_performance 2112 0 cpufreq_powersave 1792 0 > resp. what governors are available and the currently active one: > "cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_governors" All the above ones + userspace > "cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor" ondemand. But there's another problem right now. After rebooting, kpowersave doesn't connect to powersaved anymore. And it's no surprise, becuase powersaved is not running. After '/etc/init.d/powersaved start' I can see no errors, neither in syslog, but it's not running at all :O What should I do? > Judging from the picture you provided, you are running > kpowersave-0.5.5, did you compile it yourself? 0.5.5 is not yet > uploaded to unstable. It is in this [1] repository, and AFIK it's yours? -- Regards [1] http://www.teco.edu/~biebl/debian/dists/unstable/main/ _______________________________________________ powersave-devel mailing list [email protected] http://forge.novell.com/mailman/listinfo/powersave-devel
