Dia bersama pasangannya, Irmawati (22) warga Kelurahan Jantang Kecamatan Lhoong, kedapatan berkhalwat di dalam mobil di kawasan pantai Ulee Lheue, Banda Aceh. Kepala Satpol PP dan WH Kota Banda Aceh, Iskandar melalui Danton I WH, Evendi mengungkapkan, penangkapan pasangan nonmuhrim itu dilakukan pada pukul 10.30 WIB. Saat itu keduanya berada di dalam mobil Mitsubishi double cabin dengan kondisi pakaian kusut dan rambut acak-acakan. “Penangkapan itu dilakukan saat personil WH melaksanakan patroli rutin di kawasan dimaksud. Tiba-tiba terlihat satu unit mobil yang mencurigakan terparkir di pinggir jalan. Kami langsung menghampiri mobil tersebut. Saat kami lihat, ternyata kedua insan berlainan jenis itu sedang berciuman,” ungkap Evendi. Berdasarkan hasil penyidikan yang dilakukan personil WH, Alamsyah yang tercatat sebagai karyawan PT WIKA itu, telah memiliki satu orang istri dan dua orang anak. Sementara wanita yang menjadi pacarnya itu masih berstatus gadis. “Istri dan anak-anaknya sekarang di Jakarta, sedangkan dia disini berkerja di PT WIKA,” sebut Evendi. Akibat perbuatan tersebut, keduanya diancam dengan Qanun No 13 tahun 2003 tentang khalwat dengan ancaman maksimal delapan kali cambuk di depan umum. “Jika pihak keluarga tidak mau menyelesaikannya secara adat, maka kasus ini akan dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan.
