dear ms chin, first of all, id like to tell you that when i was commenting on your article i was not in the best of mood. the whole comments of mine actually just to give a real appreciation to your valuable piece. and to encourage you to further your research and understanding not just in this matter (NGOs) but also in any field of study you are indulged in.
