Masalahnya dilihat kasus demi kasus. Kalau dilihat dengan cara pengertian 
Anda maslahnya bisa gado-gado tak ada penyelesaiannya dari segi hukum. Cara 
pemikiran demikian menurut hematku adalah penghambat dalam membuat 
Indonesia negara yang berazaskan hukum yang beradab.
