Matur Nuwun Mas Don, Memang sampai sekarang masih jadi masalah apakah yang nembak Alan Pope pilot AURI atau ALRI, tetapi kalau memang ditembak dengan meriam bofors 40 mm (yang menjadi senjata standar RI Sawega) pesawat ini harusnya meledak karena efek kinetis ledakan meriam yang begitu besar; kalau melihat cerita bahwa pesawatnya rusak sehingga mereka harus eject, maka kemungkinan bahwa pesawat ini ditembak dengan senjata 0.5 inch senapan mesin standar P-51 lebih besar karena efek kinetis peluru ini lebih kecil dibandingkan peluru bofors 40 mm. (kemungkinan peran Dewanto sengaja 'dikecilkan' sebagai efek persaingan antara AD dan AU serta AL). Anyway, memang waktu itu banyak sekali 'mercenary' yang bekerja sebagai freelance untuk berperang di daerah konflik termasuk di Indonesia. Tapi kok nggak disebut peran keluarga Aquino dan pemerintah Philipina ya dalam pemberontakan PRRI-Permesta? Padahal B-26 tidak mungkin terbang ferry dari Taiwan langsung ke Mapanget atau Sanga-sanga (dekat daerah Handil - Kutai sana). Tetapi saya angkat topi atas kehandalan BK dalam melakukan penukaran Pope dengan pesawat Hercules dan senjata 7 kargo untuk AD. Memang hebat beliau ini, sayangnya penggantinya tidak ada yang memiliki kemampuan diplomasi sehebat beliau...(sampai sekarang). DG
