(dikutip dari milis AIPI) What the World Needs Now By: Kian Mokhtari And we thought the world had seen the last of slimy, underhand British attempted takeovers of other nations’ resources be they called color, velvet or just plain coups. On the other side of the pond from Britain promising signs have appeared of a young leader who is wise beyond his years.
President Barack Hussein Obama of the United States of America was speaking before reporters on Tuesday. The US President maintained that he did not wish to interfere in Iran 's presidential election. He said "I've been very clear, ultimately this is up to the Iranian people to decide who their leadership is going to be and the structure of their government." We cannot be in greater agreement with the US President. Obama continued the "international community has been appalled and outraged by reports of violence within post election Iran …I strongly condemn these unjust actions, and I join with the American people in mourning each and every innocent life that is lost.” An absolute “double plus good” to President Obama, as the Islamic Republic of Iran nods in total agreement. The presidential election in Iran turned grim when defeated presidential candidates, Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Mohsen Rezaei accused the authorities of rigging the election. But wait just one minute; Mohsen Rezaie has just withdrawn his complaint. Mr Karoubi and Mr Mousavi have repeatedly failed to file complaints with the supervisory Guardian Council and Iran ’s alert security personnel have uncovered the most audacious plan, instigated by Britain , for a coup in Iran , which covered four countries in Europe and a number of regional countries. Equipment for forging government documents and forged documents has been discovered at the frontrunner defeated candidate’s campaign headquarters and arrests have been made. So the persons who were pointing the accusing finger at the Iranian President Dr Mahmud Ahmadinejad have turned out to be the real vote riggers and fraudsters. Where the images of the tragic death of a teenage girl on Tehran ’s streets are concerned, it has come to light in the autopsy that the bullet entered her lung from behind. There were no security forces stationed behind the location where she fell. Also the bullet came from a weapon that is not supplied to any of Iran ’s military units. Iran riot police do not carry firearms. Investigations are ongoing but headway is being made. Her murderers will be found and brought to justice in her honor. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iran has expelled two British diplomats for “activities incompatible with their diplomatic status;” need we say anymore? Well we can: Iran ’s foreign ministry is prepared and more than willing to provide all the necessary evidence to back up its action. That just leaves two points; one: Iran ’s elections were the most magnificent in the history of world democracies and that Iran ’s democracy is the purest among all others. Forty million people took part; that means a staggering 85% of Iranians eligible to vote cast their ballot. This is while Italy ’s local elections yesterday failed to reach quorum. Only 23% of the 50 million eligible voters bothered to cast their ballot. The vote was therefore annulled. Point two: An anti Iran vote in the US House of representatives passed 405 to 1. It was opposed by the lone Texas congressmen Ron Paul who said he believed the US government should not act as a judge of every country overseas. Paul said, "It seems our criticism is selective and applied when there are political points to be made…I have admired President Obama's cautious approach to the situation in Iran and I would have preferred that we in the House had acted similarly." So there is at least one more US politician whose wisdom surpasses that of Barack Hussein Obama. And there is another point: What the world needs now is love and a true belief in the power of Almighty God. Both elements are sadly amiss among countries that libel Iran most viciously. Police Discover Unrest HQ in Tehran TEHRAN (Press TV) - The Tehran Police say a building has been identified in the city which has been used as a 'headquarters' to promote post-election unrest. The Intelligence and Security Department of the Tehran Police has declared that the building -- located on Tehran 's Haft-e-Tir Square -- was investigated on Monday night after a search warrant was obtained, IRNA reported. The plotters have been arrested and are currently under investigation. Documents found in the building indicate an ongoing plot against Iran 's security was being implemented, the police said in a statement. “After scrutinizing the building, which was the campaign office of a presidential candidate, it was discovered that the organization of illegal gatherings, the promotion of unrest, and efforts to undermine the country's security were carried out from the building,” the statement added. Evidence has been found in the building that reveals the role of foreign elements in planning post-election unrest. The building has in fact been a “headquarters for a psychological war against the country's security,” the police said. The building, sources told Press TV, was used by a Mir-Hossein Mousavi election campaign. http://www.kayhanin tl.com [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
