Review Comment:
   Having added the reference type, I’m now on the fence between keeping the 
logic in Commands and moving it to LiveCommand. I don’t think there’s a big 
difference either way. I put the commands for key logic in the 
LiveCommandsForKey class, and it seems fine there. Depending on how partial 
mutability goes, it may be slightly easier to perform operations as instance 
methods on LiveCommand if the mutable state lives on LiveCommand
