This patch introduces state eviction for Accord, by coordinating durability per-transaction and across ranges; once a transaction is known to be globally _durable_ at a majority (i.e. its outcome is recorded durably at a majority of replicas of all shards) and it is known to be durable at _every non-faulty replica_ for a given shard, its data is transitioned to _Truncated_ which is a state that requires minimal metadata. Once a given `CommandStore` is satisfied that the outcome is applied to all non-faulty replicas it has in common, the transaction may be fully erased. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
