Only the following constant is used in this class `LegacyLZ4Constants#HEADER_LENGTH`, should we move it to the `OutboundConnections`? It's worth noting that since we've removed the `FrameEncoderLegacyLZ4` and `FrameDecoderLegacyLZ4` classes, it seems we can inline this constant as it is no longer required. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
