This ticket also includes the commit from CASSANDRA-20149. This is intentional to have it easy on review because there are changes in both CASSANDRA-20149 as well as in CASSANRA-20151 touching ListSnapshots class and I did not want to craft a special PR for CASSANDRA-20151 without changes in CASSANDRA-20149 because these commits are logically related together dealing with same class.
