Review Comment:
   @k-rus _The solution doesn't prevent from using Integer.MAX_VALUE, but it 
allows to write isValidName(name, -1), which is likely to require to check what 
it means._
   
   Why do we even require a developer to check what it means. Why not to have 
just dedicated methods with wired max etc. Basically, methods tailored for what 
we want to express without putting there any "max sizes" ourselves.
   
   Sorry if this question is too simplistic as I do not have a lot of context 
about what is going on in details.
   
   But I could imagine have a method like "checkValidTableName(name))" and in 
it, we would have static "max". Similarly for other stuff.
   
   In other words, why do we enable developers to put there their own "max"?
