I actually started writing something like "What to do in case of a new theory" --as in "in case of fire break glass", etc. But if you already know what is the difference of an e-mail and a publication to a math review..., well, I'm a bit surprised with your demand to exchange your theory with a lot of money. OK, it is actually an understandable desire, but unfortunately, no one gives money for mathematics.
