I think I got a bit more than that on my XP1700 system.

On my machine it was about 30% (counted for 512K FTT and for 2048K FTT). Results below. Some can be caused by switching from Windows to Linux in the same time (yeah, there can be difference in running programs in system default, firewall and that sort of thing).
