I don't think that's true... In recent versions, the standard "Prim95
service" with the GUI seems to run on my servers no matter who is logged
in, or if nobody is logged in. You have to manually start the service
after install, or wait for a reboot.
The advantage of the NTPRIME client now seems to be only that it is
GUI-less, and as I recall a bit more scriptable.
