[Prime] Renaming prime95?

Is there any harm in renaming the prime95.exe file under XP? I ask because 
I got myself a dual core system and I can tell the processes apart 
everywhere but in the task manager process list. It's not that big a deal, 
but if I renamed them, I'd be able to tell them apart there too.

Comments? Suggestions?
