This sounds like a project for the future, but I have a feeling that I will definitely be trying it. Is there a way of sealing prints so the dye doesn't rub off? > > I'm afraid my traditional darkroom experience is rather close to none, so a > paper comaprison to Record Rapid is out of my league :) Record Rapid was a bromide, fibre based paper made by Agfa. It was archival quality, and the prints you got from it were fantastic - beautiful deep blacks, good tonal range. The last time I used it was in the mid '80's and the prints I made then still look great - the only minor downside is the whites have yellowed very slightly - but after pushing 18 years, I am not complaining!
