Whilst I agree with sentiment of this statement I am now not quite so
sure. I have together with about a dozen professional photographers
closely examined two beautiful B&W prints - one hand printed
traditionally and the other an inkjet print carefully made from the same
negative via a very good scan and an EPSON 1290 using Lyson B&W ink
sets. Both prints were mounted identically and even under close
inspection were virtually indistinguishable - most of us could not tell
them apart let alone identify which was an inkjet!
 
My two enlargers are redundant!
