I have previously had similar problems with a D1. One of my Lexar 128mb
flash cards showed a perfect image on camera but would have corruption lines
across the image when downloaded. In fact this card would not be recognised
by a Lexar universal card reader, with all current drivers used; though the
card would be recognised and download ( with corruptions) via a PC card
adapter. This would occur with Bibble or Capture.

Lexar changed the card, but there is still a problem with the universal card
reader. The problem only occurs on newer cards with the card reader ( Lexar
state that there is no known conflict and they deny that the newer cards are
different from previous ones).

It does seem strange that both my newer cards ( 128mb has much larger
graphics on the newer ones) have the same problem, on G3 and G4, and on the
Macs at digital workshop (also using their cameras), the only time this
really presents a problem is when somebody goes off to do a location find or
similar and takes one of these cards and then panics when they cannot
download onto my agents iMac.

The cards must be formatted in camera, my problems occured on D1 and D1x,
the only times that I can force the problems to reoccur are when I either
delete alot of images rather than format or turn the camera off before the
buffer has downloaded.
