card. FYI, to write both raw and jpg files for each picture, there should be a menu item to select which jpg size and compression when storing raw files. BTW, congratulations and good luck with the new hardware.
Thanks Dave, unfortunately this doesn't work, the menu settings are set to RAW only, but it keeps only generating Jpegs. The only way I can get raw files is to us the capture software. So the camera is producing raw files but something appears to go wrong between the camera and the Canon Software. Speaking of which, I was expecting something s bit special, particularly as the 1D software was useless. Canon have simply produced a complicated mess. I wonder if they actually bother to ask people what they want or have seen what Chris Breeze does. Great Camera though!!
