Aloha, I designed a display for the local maritime center in 1987. It features a large 6' by 4' ciba which is backlit by banks of florescents. This has been lit for 15 years, 365 days a year, at least ten hours a day. It also gets hit by afternoon sun. While there is no way to measure it precisely, I know the artwork well and cannot see any difference in this image over the years. In contrast, many of the prints nearby--which only get the sunlight--have been replaced 3-4 times over the years. >From my experience, I cannot speak too highly of cibas for longevity.
