Curious, what do you mean by this?

If I burn a PSD, TIFF, JPEG, Word, PDF etc, basically any file format
that is compatible with an installed application on a Mac, and open
these files on a Mac I have absolutely no problem. I do this on a
regular basis.

Are you meaning files like EXE etc? In which case yes, because these are
system files as opposed to application file formats (if you see what I
mean). The same reason why I wouldn't be able to open an installer file
from a Mac on a PC - they were written specifically for each OS.

Curious as to what problems you have with PC files on Macs?

Kind regards
