Hi Ron (& Everyone)

You've touched a nerve here, with regard to local authorities et al, as
we've had some very bum deals from the suits, the most polite term
 I can coin for the ignorant, machivellian, incompetant... (hey you guys can
fill in the blanks!) .........................
Has anyone else had a similar tale of woe or indeed a good tale of business
explotation/support to tell either on or off list?
