Hi Ron

Firstly ask them to remove all the material in circulation which has your
images on, if they don't do this then it will make your case much stronger
for punitive damages. Perhaps phone one or two photo libraries and ask them
how much they would charge for similar usage, get them to fax you a quote
so you have it in writing. Collate as much evidence as possible. Last thing
you want to do is go to court, make sure you scare them (legally) as much as
possible so they pay you something nearer to what you want. They could be
sent to prison if it was proved that they willfully and knowingly infringed
copyright, but you will have to prove that they did so!
