I am using a sinar 23 digital back and am considering trying to create
icc profiles for studio shooting. The idea being to create an icc
profile for a particular lighting condition or job (I am not sure how
generally useful a profile like this can be) and then to shoot into
that space when capturing with the intent of converting to Adobe 1998
(or whichever other profile is appropriate) before giving the job to
the client.
Does anyone have any experience of this or similar or considerations
about it's usefulness, (it occurs to me that this must mirror some
scanning techniques).
