you might want to consider getting the CeMagYK dongle... tis a world of difference 
with and without that binuscan engine for postprocessing the image...

i do mainly 4shots with the 23 back and only do the white balance calibration run 
through for each setup for a specific set of light combination which i dun really 
change much... for the incorporation of new lights i will run the full colour 
calibration with all segments of the colourchart... thus i think that the colour 
calibration is more impt than the icc profiles in this aspect

the profile for the camera does not change with the lights... the bias of the cam 
remains constant tis only the colour temp of the lights that change... and the colour 
calibration and the white balance should give u the constancy that you want
