Mark - I've also found Blueyonder to be very good after the set up - but be warned: it took them 3 months to 1) get an engineer here to fit the box (multiple broken appointments) & 2) send me a contract for the services I'd ordered (as opposed to lots of others I hadn't).
If you come across any such hassles you need to get a name of someone at HQ and get them to sort you out - staff turnover is very high and the front line support staff are there to answer pre-set questions. But it might just be plain sailing ...
