[PRODIG] Mac reading CD's question

9600 Mac reads cover CD's but will not read image CD's made on Windows platform Why? ISO 9660 used. It is sometimes hesitant (throws it out several times) reading Mac created CDR's too. Is there a particular extension that should be enabled please, or a known conflict?

CD's are always ejected after about 20 secs.
