I Agree, sometimes, its quicker and in this business, info goes rapidly out
of date. I tend to keep pretty upto date with technology, as I spend half of
every day surfing the web. However many have better things to do. That�s
leaves these people looking for the latest facts and thinking CD archiving
and colour management are some kind of new discovery. What was a good CD
burner last year isn't necessarily this year. Case in point, another list is
currently discussing monitor choices. A few months ago, one of the monitors
of choice would have been a LaCie. Current thinking is that these are no
longer top dog (of the cheaper end, not Barco's) The new king is the Sony
Artisan. You wouldn't find this info in the Archive.
