Hi folks, I've been looking through the archives, but although recently the feeling was that hard drives are a good storage solution now in view of their price, there didn't seem to be any real consensus of opinion as to which is best. This though obviously changes as new products come out and old ones get, well, old I suppose.

Can anyone suggest what is a good buy at present? I want something like a Firewire external 120gb. Purpose is twofold. One, to backup from my Vaio PC Laptop and from my Powerbook. Two, to use whilst editing digital video on the Powerbook. Much appreciated, David Buying or selling cameras or digital equipment? Looking for something?
