A purge print is made up of alternating bands of C-M-Y-K plus R-G-B, which force the nozzles to deliver equal amounts of ink to the paper. A 72dpi res file printed out at 360dpi does fine - very good for nozzle checks and for ironing out banding problems. Regular printing has the same effect for keeping nozzles in a work-ready state. best William Curwen =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
