That's a loaded question! Printed on what? Saved out as what? And from what
I understand, the camera always interpolates (though maybe not if you are
saving out as CCD-RAW).
Head over to Dpreview.com and the Fuji forum on the S2. There are posts from
people who have printed larger with good results using different forms of
interpolation and printers.
