I have changed my signature to a Prodig signature and I have tried to avoid
using or replying with any e-mails in these replies.

Listen, if sometimes it slips that the e-mail is in messages, then that's
just too bad. If you don't like it just unsubscribe me. Some of what I see
on this list is so irrelevant, and if an e-mail address is so important
then I don't see any need to continue to frequent this list. Do what you
want.
