Not as fast and elegant as the Windows way of just clicking a previous file name, but still I grant you quite workable.
Dear ShangaraI think you can run more than one application at a time...try it, the Mac won't explode. You may get the odd bomb, though...
That's a very naughty/provocative subject line you have chosen to attach my comments to! It is not what I said as can be seen from the piece I've left in.
Whilst of course you can have several applications open, I have found that when requiring one app to do a task then I have to wait until that task is finished before asking another app to carry out a task. In other words not multi-tasking as I know it!
I suppose it's having a choice of three keys in place of two and having the Cmd key to the right of the Alt key instead of the Ctrl on the left of it which is confusing, and let's face it we tend to use these keys without thinking!Shortcuts aren't that different. On the Mac, just substitute Cmd for Control. The other keys are the same: Opt or Alt=Alt and Shift=Shift.

That is one method I will not use because it would really throw me when jumping from one keyboard to the next and anyhow I find that I have sufficient 'stretch' to not to need to resort to this.Took me a while to get used to holding the Cmd or Opt/Alt keys on the right of the space bar but once mastered, much easier to call up Curves (Cmd+M) or Levels (Cmd+L) or H&S (Cmd+U).
Shangara it's not a good idea to judge others buy your own childhood indiscretions <G> I love shortcuts...it's just remembering them all that is difficult!Of course, if you were a good boy and didn't skip piano practice, shortcuts should be easier to remember and to execute. Now, don't you just wish you had listened to your mum and hadn't wasted all that time doing "homework" with the girl next door but instead done some serious scale and arpeggio practice? ;-)
Cheers
Richard
