Dear Ian , You may want to look into http://www.mailwasher.net/ I have used this for many months and it lets you preview mail so you can delete or even bounce back emails from your Server. You then just get the mail you want onto your machine. It is free or you can choose to send a 'donation' to the man who invented it. Regarding email being picked up by the harvesters I have been trying out http://www.assmaker.mybravenet.com/ on the sites with quite a lot of success. No Spam for many weeks since I changed the email addy and used this. Worth a try on your website if you have trouble with forms.
