Found the settings some 90 minutes after sending the post. Posts are taking
unbelievably long to reach the list, I must say.
Paul Bradforth came to the rescue off list too. Anyone interested, here's
how you find them:
"If you go 'Print' from the 'File' menu, in Photoshop you get the
'Print Preview'; if you then hit 'Print' in that dialog, you get the
standard 'Print' dialog box; there is a pull-down menu which, by
default, will say 'Copies and Pages' (this is the one that you will get
if you choose 'Print' in any other app than Photoshop) and if you pull
that down, you'll see an item called 'Print Settings'. That's it!"
So, here's the logic: Choose settings for printing, say Print, choose more
settings, say Print again...Hmmmm....
