If you mean Epson's own program to look at ink levels and do nozzle cleans, they are accessed via the Print Monitor program which you'll find in Applications/Utilties.
Once you've opened the program, you should see a list of your printers. Click on the name of the printer, then from the 'printers' menu choose 'configure printer'. The Epson Printer Utility will then open. This took me a LONG time to work out when I first moved to OSX.
