OSX10.2.3: Epson 1200: Just to follow this thread on a bit further & gain some advice. How do you set up as a default up in the print dialogue box (not for P/Shop, but for general word processing etc) to B/W? Every time I go to print an invoice or whatever it always wants to do it colour. Tried all the boxes to no avail... Probably me missing something very obvious. Duh..
